This 2009 Marine Corps Humvee (originally an armored vehicle) is said to be war-torn in Iraq with only 3,875 miles) & subsequently rebuilt by the US Government at the Red River Army Depot (RRAD) w/ a Brand New upgraded 6.5 naturally aspirated Turbo Diesel Engine, 4-Speed Automatic Transmission & Dual Range Transfer Case. Acquired from the Military in 2020, this Custom-Built M1123 was outfitted with Sound-Deadening before being refitted w/ a Customized Alpha Interior w/ Suede & Diamond Stitching, Black Rhino 20” Wheels wrapped in 37x13.50” Mickey Thompson Ironman All-Country Tires. Featuring Four Wheel Independent Suspension & Disc Brakes along with a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) & Air Conditioning, Plan-B Front & Rear Bumpers, both w/ Smittybuilt 6500lb Synthetic Rope Winches & LED Light, & Black CNC Accent Trim pieces, this truck was repainted in Cement Grey & has a Intellitronix Digital Gauge & Instrument Cluster, Nardi Torino Steering Wheel, Bucket Seats, Touchscreen Head Unit, LED Side-marker Lights, USB Ports, Color Changing RGB LED Interior & Exterior Lights & Cup Holders, & a Rockford Fosgate Sound System w/ Dual Subwoofers & Speakers.



Red River Army Depot

In 2009, the Red River Army Depot (RRAD) took on the commendable task of rebuilding this Marine Corps Humvee, demonstrating their exceptional expertise in vehicle restoration and maintenance. H&S Company 2nd Battalion 23rd Marines

On 1 December 2008, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marines, were activated for the Iraq War. They deployed in and around the city of Ar Ramadi. During their deployment, contributions were made to Afghanistan and the withdraw of troops as the last participating Marine infantry force. With over 300 missions successfully completed 2/23 completed their deployment. Weapons company successfully completed missions out of Al-Taqaddum Air Base where they were part of the quick reaction force.

The members of H&S Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marines, who were deployed to Iraq, demonstrated unparalleled courage and resilience in the face of perilous circumstances. Their mission was fraught with danger, as they navigated through the complexities of a volatile combat zone, enduring the constant threat of insurgent attacks and unpredictable situations. Yet, these Marines displayed unwavering bravery and dedication, rising to the occasion with unwavering resolve. Their selflessness in the line of duty, their commitment to safeguarding their fellow service members, and their ability to adapt to the ever-changing conditions showcased the true essence of heroism. H&S Company's sacrifice and valor in Iraq serve as a testament to the indomitable spirit of the United States Marine Corps, upholding the highest traditions of honor and duty even in the most perilous of circumstances.
